What this policy covers
All processing on Convert369 happens locally in your browser, files and data you convert are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. This policy therefore mainly concerns content that appears on the Site itself, such as text, images, or other material published on our pages, if you believe it infringes your copyright.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on Convert369 infringes a copyright you own, you may submit a notice via our Contact page. To help us process your request, please include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on Convert369.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted or that concerns you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with similar identifying information through our Contact page.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner, consistent with the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
