Reporting a bug
To help us fix issues faster, please include which tool you were using, your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), and, if possible, a small sample of the file or text that caused the problem.
Suggesting a tool
Most of the tools on Convert369 exist because someone needed exactly that conversion and couldn't find a good free option. If you have a similar itch, let us know what it is and how you'd use it.
Business and advertising
For partnership or advertising inquiries, use the same email address above with a short description of what you have in mind.
Privacy requests
If you want to know what data exists about you, or want it removed, write to the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. In most cases the answer is quick, because there is very little to hold: there are no accounts, and the files you convert never reach a server at all. What does exist is our host's traffic logs and, only if you allowed analytics, your Google Analytics record. Both are covered in the Privacy Policy.
You do not need to email us to withdraw analytics consent. The Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page turns it off immediately and deletes the cookies already stored on your device.
Copyright and takedown
Convert369 does not host user content, so there is usually nothing to take down. If you believe something on the site itself infringes your copyright, the process and the information we need are set out on the DMCA page.
What we cannot help with
Because conversion happens entirely in your browser, we never receive a copy of anything you convert. That means we cannot recover a file you lost, re-run a conversion you did earlier, or tell you what you converted last week. None of that information reaches us, which is the point, but it does mean a lost file is genuinely lost from our side.
We also cannot open password-protected ZIP archives or repair corrupted spreadsheets on your behalf. If a tool refuses your file, the message it shows is the real reason rather than a generic failure, so it is worth including that exact wording if you write in.
Response times
Convert369 is run by a small team, so replies usually take a couple of working days rather than minutes. Bug reports that include the tool, the browser, and a sample of the input get looked at first, simply because they are the ones we can act on straight away.
